Order Tracking / Order Delivery delay

Please visit the ‘Orders’ page of your kydzz.store account. Tap the order you'd like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts and new delivery date (if applicable).

Order Shipped but could not be tracked

Updation of tracking for an order, take up to 24 hours to get activated once it's been shipped through any Courier. Kindly recheck after the mentioned time.

Order Status ‘Out for Delivery’, but havent received

The courier partner will contact you for delivery of your order. Please keep checking your SMS for more details. Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.

‘Delivery Missed’. What to do?

If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and your account will be refunded for the order amount. In case your order comes back to our fulfilment centre, you can request for it to be re-dispatched depending on the availability.

‘Not all Items of the Order Received’. What to do?

To reach you faster, we often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster. So, one of the shipments may arrive sooner than the others. You can track your order on the ‘Orders’ page.

Order placed on COD. Can i use Debit/Credit cards on delivery?

We currently don't support online payments for orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment option and currently don't provide POS machines on delivery.
